Description
We at DXC are looking for a new ServiceNow Digital Business Advisor for our Nordic delivery team within the DXC ServiceNow Practice Sweden.

As a consultant you will work with colleagues and customers to digitize IT and business processes in the ServiceNow platform, delivering the best value for the customers.
We are looking for an individual, that can put you’re their skills and knowledge into play, and guide customers in their ServiceNow journey.

We work Virtual first, with office locations in Stockholm, Malmö and Gothenburg.
Key... Responsibilities
• Demonstrate customer advocacy by emphasizing those features / benefits of relevant ServiceNow solutions and DXC service offerings that meet specific customer needs
• Use your knowledge of business processes to advise and challenge customers on their current processes for them to get the most out of their ServiceNow platform
• Ability to lead a team of developers to realize the scope of the projects you will be part of
• Join and work in a forward-thinking, value driven delivery team where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and personal development is key
• Deliver value and excellence in ServiceNow implementations with customers in Sweden, Nordics and EMEA region
• Engage with customers and build and maintain strong personal relationships
Qualifications
• You have a relevant master’s degree and several years of experience in a consultant company or consultancy setup
• Experience in talking business value, optimization, transition journey, and benefits with customers and transforming it to technical requirements
• Preferably experience with ServiceNow on a technical basis
• Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
• Experience with IT infrastructure and systems
• Mindset of wanting of help customers understand the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform, and how to optimize their business with it
• Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
• Maturity, professionalism, and judgement; ability to excel with minimum supervision
• Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
• Fluent in Swedish and English
