The RapidFire Tools Marketing Department is searching for a Marketing Programs Manager to execute the strategy and creation of our marketing assets. RapidFire Tools markets through a mix of direct database marketing, as well as through external channels such as events, paid media, social media campaigns, etc. Core to many of these programs are creative assets used throughout the marketing cycle... from top-of-the-funnel lead gen, through ongoing lead-nurturing and remarketing efforts.

Examples of the assets we create white papers, eBooks, case studies, blogs, newsletters, datasheets, infographics, sales enablement materials, videos, landing pages, digital advertising assets, trade show booth displays, and more. The majority of these assets will be created by our company’s centralized internal Bangalore-based creative agency, managed through NewsCred – a high-end content management portal. In some cases, especially for quick-turn cases, we may outsource projects to third-party resources and/or use our in-house writer.

Role & Responsibilities

Primary contact between RapidFire Tools and our corporate in-house PR & Social Media Resources

Primary contact between RapidFire Tools and our corporate in-house creative agency for all projects

Primary “owner” and manager of the RapidFire Tools instance of Newscred, including:

Ensuring all RapidFire Tools creative projects are properly entered into the system

Keeping tabs on the status of every project and updating in NewsCred daily

Reaching out to any project member with overdue tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule

Managing and maintaining the various calendars within Newscred

For each project, creating (or delegating the creation of) a project creative brief

Serving as a second set of eyes for proofing of all creative assets prior to final completion/delivery

Creating daily and weekly project status summary reports


3-5 years of experience managing and developing a wide range of marketing (B2B strongly preferred)

Bachelors Degree in communications or marketing with experience in all forms of marketing communications, especially including all forms of digital marketing assets

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills

Ability to develop productive relationships with creative resources, colleagues, and management

Superior initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Functional knowledge of and passion for digital demand generation and content marketing

Up-to-date with latest advances in website management, digital, and social media

Meticulous attention to detail

Familiarity with NewsCred a major plus
