The Legal Entity Control team isresponsible for financial oversight of their legal entity, and istasked with ensuring that a strong control environment exists as itrelates to all businesses, products, and operational areas thatimpact the Legal Entity financials and regulatory reporting of thefirm.

This role provides an opportunity to interact with multiplelines of business and internal stakeholders while learning legalentity controllership end-to-end.

The Analyst will liaise with theline of business finance teams, operations, and the Legal EntityController community to drive the Legal Entity... agenda.

Specificresponsibilities will include : Legal entity accounting &control, including month-end close process, parent / childaccounting, and equity pick-up Monitor the monthly consolidation ofincome statement and balance sheet Month-End analytical review ofthe legal entity to ensure completeness and accuracy of thefinancial statements and preparation of various reports, includingcontributions to the Monthly Controller’s Book, as well as LegalEntity and Line of Business financial commentary Develop andmaintain financial reports and schedules and perform variouscontrol procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financialresults Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, and supportad-hoc requests for financial information received from across thefirm Support Federal Reserve regulatory reporting Resolution& Recovery review and confirm periodic financial andnon-financial appendices General ledger balance reconciliation Complete reconciliation of numerous general ledger accountsQualifications : Graduated as CPA with >
