About the Position

At G-P we are in high-growth mode – we have doubled in size last year and plan to continue this pace for the next five years. Given our aggressive charter, we're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with the Sr. Manager for Web Strategy on analyzing user feedback and activity iterating to enhance the user experience, developing personas and usage scenarios, running user testing of websites, creating wireframes, creating product prototypes, sitemaps, screen flows and more; for our multi-regional marketing team.

What You'll Do
• Communicate user experience with user stories, user journeys, storyboarding, interactive prototypes, low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups and a thorough understanding of responsive design methodology
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
• Identify design problems and devise smart solutions
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
• Design and develop the user experience for our mobile, desktop and web experiences

What We're Looking For
• 4-5+ years of real-world product design experience years of experience in creating and implementing UX/UI design
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, and others
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to drive consensus and mine for value
• Ability to work with other teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet stakeholder needs and vision
• Experience in the development and usage of design systems, libraries and patterns; such as digital guidelines
• Analyze and identify pain points from the users' perspective, based on your user research
• Conduct usability tests
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Experience creating storyboards and website mapping
• Facilitate user feedback sessions, and present UI/UX concepts, recommendations, and deliverables professionally
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
