99.co is looking for a Intern UX Researcher to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry properly into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

Summary of the role Some examples to get you started :
• What will he / she main responsibilities? Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Why will he / she be important in the organisation? Urgency of discovery sprint needed on the squad while explorative must conducted at the same time for preparing the product vision
• What does the organisation would give to him / her? Get valued experienced after involved into real product design cycle processes

What you'll do :
• Responsibility for end to end exploration (qualitative & quantitative) process
• Compile & synthetize observation data into findings
• Work closely with PM, Engineer and related Stakeholders to deliver insights
• Collaborate with UI / UX Designer on co-creation also... validate the ideas for discovery process
• Contribute to create Delivery Documentation of Design on discovery phase

What you should have : Education background

Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI / Computer Science or anthropology or equivalent practical experience will be an added advantage

Experience and Knowledge
• Strong understanding, empathy and sense about users
• Proven competency in qualitative problem-solving
• At least 1 year of experience as a UX Researcher will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistical concepts
• Excellent team working & communication skills
• Experience with varied research methodologies and the needed tools
