You are required to have skills in the following areas:
• Should be a hands-on contributor for the development of complex functionalities for the chatbot application/s using different backend and frontend technology frameworks - Node.js/React.js/Angular.js and cognitive services for Natural language processing by Google or other vendors.
• Ensure the seamless experience of the bot users on various enterprise channels (Web, Mobile, MS Teams, etc.), robust security layer for enabling authentication and authorization and integration with third-party enterprise system/s such as salesforce.
•... Ensure that industry-accepted principles, standards, guidelines, and concepts are integrated with those of allied disciplines and that coordinated roll-out and adoption strategies are in place.
• Good experience in ChatGPT & LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Reviews the solution requirements, design, and architecture to ensure the selection of appropriate tools & technology, efficient use of cloud resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement use case leveraging natural language processing and text analytics.
• Design and implement processes and strategies to enhance the end-user experience.
• Interpret and analyze live transcripts and other input data to figure out user intents behind questions asked.
• Analyze real agents’ chat conversations with users to train the chatbot.
• Enhance user effectiveness of chatbot with the help of advanced technologies.
• Involvement in all the stages of chatbot development from architecting to implementation.
• Conduct Chabot demo/training and other activities
