Main duties

BIM Management role: requirement to co-ordinate multi-disciplines within a Design Team.

Assist Input Detail with the preparation of CAD drawings, Revit model, Specifications Issue Information.

Assist with architectural detailing, design specification.

Surveying existing buildings Architectural, Electrical Mechanical.

Create plans detailing for new structures and redesigning existing structures through a combination of advanced technical skills and creativity.

Person Specification

An Architectural Degree and working experience ideally in the commercial sector.

Demonstrate a strong design or technical ability
