Adylic, Dynamic Creative Optimization Assistant (Digital Media Assistant)

Adylic is a digital agency, delivering creative strategies and ad production across a variety of screens, formats, clients and verticals. Our core specialism is in the design and production of Dynamic adverts, often served under programmatic advertising, and known as DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation).

We are wholly owned by Omnicom Media Group, delivering unique proximity and seamless integration to the media agencies and their data-driven audience targeting & media planning processes (alongside OMD, PHD and H&S). But whilst we benefit from the strength and backing of a major advertising and media network, we have stayed true to our roots with the culture and atmosphere of a start-up, and all the energy and opportunity for talent that it brings.

Adylic is comprised of a wide-ranging and talented bunch of specialists, from creative strategists, designers, developers, analysts, technicians and relationship... managers. Using data resources, creative thinking, and the smart use of technology (some of which we've proprietarily built ourselves), we produce beautiful data-driven, audience-first creative, optimised to deliver against our client's KPIs.

The Role

The DCO Account Assistant role will report into our Account Manager and working closely with the Account Executive. You will support the team with ensuring we meet and exceed our clients' expectations. At Adylic we are strongly service-based, so having great communication skills, being able to warm to clients and all key stakeholders quickly and with a problem solving can-do attitude will go a long way, as well as being highly organized and open to learning.

You will be expected to deliver high-quality work on a multitude of projects, in a fast paced and growing environment. Our ideal candidate has digital media awareness, is highly organized, a quick learner and loves meeting new people.

Supporting administrative tasks which help in keeping all account projects moving, such as creative production, strategic planning, creative build via our platform Orca, and reporting reviews through key business periods Liaison both internally (predominantly with our ‘Overseas Production Hub' and Specialist Teams based in London) and externally (with local media agency partners and technology platforms) Providing on-going input and recommendations for ways of working with both our external clients, our agency counterparts, as well as our internal colleagues overseas Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate media agency personnel

About You
Proven interest in the digital media, marketing and/or advertising industry Passionate, enthusiastic with strong communication skills Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, Key Formulas etc.) and PowerPoint Fast and keen learner Previous experience in a client/customer facing role desirable
