The career as an IT & Digital Recruiter

· Day to day sourcing of new candidates utilizing job boards, Linkedin, recruitment firm, internal database and staff referrals.

· Maintain relationships with candidates and keep them in mind when new positions come up to increase talent acquisition rate and quality.

Requirement as an IT & Digital Recruiter

· At least 1 year of IT / Digital Marketing Recruitment experience within a Recruitment firm environmnet as a candidate focused consultant.

· Knowledge of digital, interactive, advertising and / or Media industry.

· Knowledge of search technique such as Boolean search, Linkedin search etc.

· Knowledge of skillsets including but not limited to Tech, UX/UI, Creative, Mobile, Marketing, Interactive, consulting, QA, BA/PM, Programmer / Developer / System analyst, Project manager / business analyst, Devops, Head of IT, Production, Project management, strategy etc.
