Detailed Job Description
• 2 to 5years experience
• Education : Engineering, Masters in Science / similar
• Exposure to Financial Services Domain
• Experience interpreting technical specifications, user stories, configuration files, code, and other technical documents as source material.
• Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation with equal facility.
• Knowledge of XML and HTML and experience with structured writing (DITA)
• Experience developing SDK documentation
• Excellent command of U.S. English (understanding, speaking, and writing)
• Excellent research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Ability to write clearly and concisely using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Proven ability to write conceptual, task-oriented, and reference documentation with equal facility.
• Proven ability to learn new products and technologies and to grasp technical material.
• Experience with standard... office and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office 2015 or later (Required); Madcap Flare and RoboHelp;

Oxygen; Visio; as well as documentation preparation delivery mechanisms (e.g., online Help, Web help, PDFs, HTML, etc.).

Exposure to software development tools, including source control tools, and processes, including design, development, and quality assurance is a plus'
