MAIN ACTIVITIES

Set and operate production equipment to meet manufacturing specification. Check and measure products as prescribed.

Record correct batch information for raw materials.

Correctly input setup, runtime, material issue, material return, scrap and rework transactions on Oracle ERP system.

Work safely in accordance with all relevant EH&S policies and procedures giving due consideration to potentially unsafe conditions or environmental excursions.

Record any actual or suspected deviations to product specification by ensuring the Shift Leader (or designate) raises a Non-conformance Report (NCR).

Monitor process and report any machine related problems immediately to the Maintenance Department using the MBR system.

Assist when necessary to induct, train / buddy up and / or cross train with employees on all aspects of a Production Operators role

Maintain high standard of housekeeping to ‘5S’ standard.
