Job Summary：

作为具备系统解决方案专业知识的特灵科技专业代表，关注现有客户的机房运行效率，为客户提供专业的改造建议，通过内外部项目资源协调，推动项目完成及落实

Responsibilities:
• 结合公司及区域机房改造业务战略目标及市场情况，制定销售策略及计划，开拓区域内现有客户的机房改造业务。
• 通过有效的客户拜访，识别关键客户，了解客户年度改造预算与计划，针对客户现场机组运营情况，判断改造业务机会可行性，为客户提供有价值的改造方案，赢得改造业务机会。
• 维护关键客户项目，推进高层次的客户技术交流及推广，实现改造业务的可持续发展。
• 整合公司内外部资源，推进改造项目的实施及交付。
• 依照公司制定的销售目标完成业绩指标，及时完成订单及收款。

Qualifications:
• 本科以上学历，暖通或理工科相关专业背景；
• 3年以上机房改造销售经验；
•... 熟悉各种机房系统、末端系统常用节能改造措施及实施方案；
• 熟悉空压、冷却、锅炉等用能系统的常用节能改造措施及实施方案；
• 对销售工作充满热情，结果导向，抗压性强；
• 学习能力强，容易接受新知识；
• 擅于协调内外部资源，推进项目进展；
• 适应出差。
