Your Mission

Your mission as a Business Process Consultant is to be responsible for design and delivery of Process Improvement engagements by facilitating the... “Future State” process design and modeling for clients. Would also be responsible for taking the clients to the next level of process maturity in terms of “implementation”, improved processes, automation of processes through BPM solutions. As a secondary responsibility, the Senior Consultant would be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activities by providing functional and technical support to the BD team in building the right solutions based on our client requirements.

Who are we looking for?

Talented BPC that represents the department when meeting with business owners, stakeholders, process owners and managers. Analytical and deductive individuals whom can think outside the box and be a team player. With a global mindset, strong communication skills, a problem solver with attention to detail and a very proactive and empathetic person.

Requirements:
• Professional in technology areas such as System engineering, Electronical engineering or similar
• 4+ years of previously Business/functional/technical requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience preparing and conducting software/process requirement gathering workshops for IT infrastructure projects.
• CMDB, IT Operations, Network infrastructure background
• Previuos experience in the analisys and the design of the operational, tactical, and strategic indicator (KPI's) of IT operational processes. Desrired*
• Prototype/Wireframe design. Desired*
• Excel advanced. Required*
• ITIL V3 or ITIL V4. Required*
• Scrum Product Owner Certification. Required*
• Certification in COBIT, TOGAF, SIX SIGMA, LEAN. Desired*
