This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Digital Solutions & Analytics (DS&A) organization.

Flight Planning and Dispatch (FPND) Software Development & Analytics (SDA) team is looking for a first level manager to lead Agile software development teams and to work within and across the integrated product team (IPT).

A successful candidate not only has a background in Agile software development and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) but also has a desire for and history of continuous learning.

This candidate will understand the importance of collaboration within and outside of the team and in leading by influence.

This position requires working with technical, business, and support function stakeholders as well as understanding the needs of and working with our customers to meet and exceeds the needs of their jobs to be done in support of our business and organizational goals.

Position Responsibilities : + Manages an Agile team of software developers in support of SDA and the maintenance portfolio of products and services.
• Champions and drives toward industry best practices related to cloud architecture and deployment and CI / CD.+ Exhibits the highest of ethical standards, never compromises safety, and acts in accordance with Boeing Values in support of Boeing Priorities.
• Understands the needs of our customers and works with internal and external stakeholders to push the development team closer to the customers to understand their needs and develop solutions for them.
