We are currently looking for a HR Service Delivery Advisor to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Greater London area. As the HR Service Delivery Advisor you will be responsible for advising on HR policies and processes and liaising between internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Your duties as the HR Service Delivery Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Gathering and compiling data as well as performing transactional HR services.

2. You would carry out administrative processes across services provided by HR operations.

3. As HR Service Delivery Advisor, you would be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, policies and processes when required.

4. Building effective relationships with customers by delivering process and policy advice.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

2. Proven industry experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Docusign, Excel, Word or similar.
