Job Description
• Design and planning: Lead the design process by developing architectural concepts, creating sketches, and producing detailed construction drawings. Ensure that the designs align with client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
• Project management: Oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of the project.
• Technical expertise: Possess an in-depth understanding of architectural principles, materials, construction techniques, and building systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and regulations to incorporate them into design solutions.
• Team leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Delegate tasks, review work, and ensure the quality and consistency of architectural... deliverables.

Skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture is required,
• Architectural skills: Possess exceptional design and visualization abilities, with proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar applications. Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and sustainability principles.
• Leadership and communication: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges and make sound decisions under constraints. Ability to balance creative vision with practical considerations and project requirements.
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills: Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve conflicts as they arise.
