Full Job Description We are looking for a right-brained Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning designing and overseeing the construction You will be involved in new building designs extensions alterations restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion The goal is to match clients needs and to produce sustainable functional and aesthetically pleasing designs Architect Responsibilities Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality innovative and functional designTake the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposalsDevelop ideas keeping in mind clients needs buildings usage and environmental impactProduce detailed blueprints and make any necessary correctionsCompile project specificationsKeep within budgets and timelinesEnsure that all works are carried out to specific standards building codes guidelines and regulationsMake on site visits to check on project... status and report on projectCooperate and liaise with construction professionalsFollow architectural trends and advancementsLiaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects Writing and presenting reports proposals applications and contracts to CEO and clients Specifying the requirements for each project Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit Working with the Project Manager may direct supervise and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase Schematic Design Phase and or the Detailed Design Phase of a project Skills Proven working experience as an Architect in UAEStrong portfolio to prove artistic skillsExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD Expert knowledge of building products construction details and relevant rules regulations and quality standardsExcellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software Adobe Photoshop SketchUp 3d Studio VIZ or similar Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensionsVisual awareness and an eye for detailCommunication and project management skillsBachelors degree in Architecture Attested Digital communication skills Leadership skills Analytical mindset and critical thinking Ability to work under indirect supervision Requirements Female Candidates ONLY Fluent in Arabic and English both Bachelors degree in Architect Portfolio of design work 3 years min experience as an Architect 2 years in Abu Dhabi Highly creative imaginative and artistic Excellent communication skills especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision Proficiency in AutoCAD Illustrator 3ds max is a must
