Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, and budget for the project.

Develop concepts and designs.

Leads projects from conception to completion for clients.

Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work.

Actively partakes in the construction process, communication and administration to support the site team.

Promotes sustainable concepts for new projects.

Visit the construction sites to ensure good workmanship is carried out.

Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation.

Effectively supervise a team of construction workers.

Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing.

Effectively work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ensure that designs comply with local zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and construction technologies to enhance design capabilities.

Qualification Required:

Holds a Degree in Architecture

Proficient in, concept, design, 3D visualization

Have a vast experience in UAE interior fit out industry

Must have proficiency in Autocad, revit, 3Dmax, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop and other computer aided design software

Must be proficient in producing realistic 3D renders, 3D walk-through and Exporting 3D models into VR experience.

Must be able to determine material specification and should be able to prepare BOQ for the projects
