Job Responsibilities:

1. Support, create and publish content for digital marketing campaigns. Content includes social media posts, videos, infographics and EDMs.
• Provide content creation and publishing support to healthcare scholarship marketing team

2. Support healthcare scholarship branding related work
• Provide support to healthcare scholarship marketing team on brand refresh project

3. Manage scholarship marketing campaign packages that includes print media, online media and digital campaigns
• Keep track of funds utilisation
• Coordinate and support work related to marketing campaign packages.

4. Maintenance of the healthcare scholarship website
• Write and edit content for scholarships website.
• To project manage content updates and/or website enhancements with vendor.

5. Organise physical, virtual or hybrid healthcare... scholarships events and conduct school/CCA/Youth group outreach
• Full spectrum of event planning such as event programme, event marketing and event implementation
• To provide support as outreach speaker when required
• Key events include Healthcare Scholarships Award Ceremony 2023 and Healthcare Scholarships Fair 2023

Period:
• 1 Year Contract

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm

Salary:
• Up to $3,500

Requirements:
• Degree and/or other professional qualifications in Mass Communication/Marketing or relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and able to write well
• Proficient content creation (graphic, video and articles) skills
• Sound understanding of digital marketing concepts and campaigns
• Familiar with popular social media and instant messaging channels
• Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and working independently
• Relevant internship experience preferred
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Experience in working with media agencies and digital influencers
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or education industry
• Proficiency with graphic and video design tools
