Job Description
• Handle customers’ enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales orders, sales invoice and logistics management
• Update products price list, brochure and distribute marketing materials to all customers
• Assist in marketing communications, including maintenance of websites and social media platforms
• Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned

Requirements
• Local or PR only
• Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in view of business communications
• Good command of English in writing
• Knowledge with photo and video editing software, Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• We work on Monday to... Friday(8:30am to 5:30pm), Alternate Saturday (8:30am to 1:30pm)
