Responsibilities:
• Interface between the product vendor, client and internal team to drive product gap closure
• Lead the team during the requirement gathering workshops to identify product gaps and providing functional design solutions for identified gaps and configuration of products.
• Provide functional guidance during product configuration, installation, up-gradation, migration, releases, patches, etc.
• Act as Point of Contact during the testing phases of the project between the user groups and liaise with Development/Integration team for relevant fixes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant course
• Overall 8-10 years of experience in Temenos Products with at least 4-5 years in retail banking modules including AA
• Transact BA with good experience in Retail banking and have good implementation knowledge in AA module
• Good AA lending working knowledge with the full lifecycle of loans
• Good knowledge of Loan Domain knowledge
• Experience in Temenos... Functional Product lines and products groups
• Strong track record of solutioning on Temenos Transact platform
• Strong experience in designing and leading integration Temenos implementation medium to large scale
• Must have strong consulting skills like Stakeholder management, Communication, and advisory type of capabilities.
• Experience in running a PLW sessions, requirement elicitation, providing functional design solutions for identified gaps and configuration of products.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently and manage business expectations accordingly.
• Expected to work in collaboration with Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Lead and Developer team to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered through the IT application implementation.
• Knowledge in Agile concepts, SCRUM methodology, Jira etc.
• Knowledge of how Temenos Core Banking enables one or more end-to-end business process
• Experience in conducting product Architecture and design workshops
• Temenos T24 project delivery experience would be a value addition
• Implementation of different Temenos products and at least 2 end to end project implementations
• Support for Internal Initiatives PoC´s
• Drive Capability Development for the Domain
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
