Job Description

The position is responsible for leading the policy servicing sub-team to process policy change, provide service and support to sales team / customer enquiries related to policy services and handling various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational framework, policies and guidelines on policy service to ensure a customer-friendly procedure
• Monitor daily operation of policy servicing and perform the requests within approval limits and... according to company guidelines
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities to enhance the services standard and efficiency from time to time
• Supervise and train up the policy servicing team as to strengthen their skills
• Review and verify customer due diligence and AML & CTF duties; and report suspicious if any
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Key Requirements:
• University Degree’s holder with professional qualifications in insurance (eg. FLMI, ICA)
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 years in managerial level
• Analytical, strong problem-solving skills and good in statistical analysis and research
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to communicate with different levels and maintain good business relationship with sales team
• Self-motivated, with ability to work multi-tasks and under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
