We are proud to be partnering with Lowe & Co in recruiting their Operations Manager, supporting and reporting to the General Manager. With offices across NZ, they have built up a highly reputable brand and are considered one of the top Agencies in New Zealand. The Wellington CBD branch has a staff compliment of around 40 staff.

About the Role
This role due to internal growth and the need for the GM to have full-time support whilst running this very successful team. They are extremely proud of the team and all they have accomplished and they are looking for someone to go on this journey with them to take the business to new heights!
This is a varied and challenging role where no days will be the same. Key duties will include:
• Manage logistical arrangements to ensure the business runs smoothly.
• Work with the GM on operations and projects for the business.
• Travel management including bookings and prioritising/monitoring vehicle usage.
• Run management of office... requirements of the business including suppliers, staffing, and maintain relationships with contractors.
• A degree of calendar and email management, training and meeting agendas.
• Assist the GM as being the first go to for administration operations, staffing, IT Security, day to day operations in and about the office.
• Work with the GM with onboarding new staff and Salespeople within the company.
• Assist GM with the updating of the Company Policy and Procedures.
Executive support
• Build effective relationships across the business
• Ensure actions are completed that arise from the meetings
• Prioritise and effectively deliver and satisfy the business needs and stakeholders’ objectives
• Support the GM by working collaboratively with the team including diarising meetings and events
• Identify areas of improvements to better support the business
• In time, build up a full understanding of various company structures and roles to provide full support to the GM.
About You
You will have a strong passion for supporting a highly driven and motived manager and you will be able to take initiative and be pro-active. Further to this, you will have proven work experience in a corporate or sales environment in a similar role and have unparalleled organisational and time management skills as you will be expected to juggle a number of tasks.

Having a great “can do” attitude and the ability to problem solve will serve you well. This is not your typical Ops role and you will have the ability to take ownership of your workload and be the GM’s right hand person.
