We have grown 1600% in the last year & are in the top 100 fastest-growing Fintechs in Silicon Valley. provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center.

Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day 1.

We are 85+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Our India team consists of... people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups. Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As a Implementation Consultant you will be in charge of :
• Act as an extended part of the customer organization to understand the knowledge and conversational needs for the virtual assistant.
• Create and maintain technical and solution documentation of the virtual assistants.
• Design conversations using organization best practices for the virtual assistants to be used in multiple channels.
• Participate in external and internal meetings and workshops aimed towards virtual assistant’s performance discussions and conversation improvements.
• Generate / Review required performance reports on daily, weekly and monthly schedules to external and internal teams
• Perform gap analysis and clearly differentiate between the configuration needed vs customization needed to deliver the complete solution on virtual assistants
• Perform hands-on building/configuring of the solution leveraging platform and work with other cross-functional teams to implement the required solution extensions/customizations as needed
• Perform solution testing effort (UAT) to ensure solution works as designed and work with other cross functional teams to resolve any outstanding issues
• Perform / Manage the production cut-over process and ensure solution moves to production systems
• Post go-live, effectively transitions the solution to Operations and play a key role in promoting solution adoption with operations and customer teams during stabilization phase

• Should have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience from a tier 2 college / University, from Computer science or equivalent areas
• MBA is good to have, but not mandatory
• Should have excellent analytical skills and critical thinking ability
• Have thirst for knowledge and a love of research
• Previous work experience in a chatbot space is a huge plus
• Previous experience with banking technology companies
• CST time zone / preferably Texas
