We are looking for a talented Sample Development Merchandiser you will be responsible for managing the process of creating and developing product samples from concept to production. You will work closely with design teams, factories, and merchandisers to ensure that product samples are developed within budget and timelines, and meet quality standards.

This role will give you a fantastic opportunity in communicating and building strong relationships with various departments within the business.

What you'll do:
• Coordinating various sampling requirement
• Weekly sampling status update
• Managing all operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth operation in... sample room.
• Following up sample process from end to end
• Preparation of sampling order for the sampling tailors – receive style file from the designers and explain style requirement and style detailing to sampling master (sampling in-charge) and pattern master. Also explain designers’ comments on samples to sampling head and tailors.
• Following up sampling processes end to end - trims and fabrics, prints / embroidery
• Sourcing of trims and accessories for sample development

Would be great if you:
• Good English language proficiency
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of product development
• Strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail and organization skills
• Demonstrates ability to follow through on projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel
