Job Description and Qualifications include:
• Overall, 10-12 years' experience in Oracle ERP Implementation projects, including rollouts and upgrades.
• 5-6 years' experience with Oracle Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management. Minimum 2-3 end-to-end implementation... experience will be preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end solution design with client with OUM methodologies, including creation and maintenance of implementation artifacts such as AN100, DS030, DS140 etc.
• Exposure to middleware solution design - Oracle Integration Cloud, Mulesoft etc is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile Project Management approach on Oracle Cloud Implementation Assignments.
• Strong inclination to solution design and architecture review with the client.
• Highly self-motivated and directed and an ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-focused and flexible to adapt to the needs of the business.
• Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management.
• Establish and maintain documentation regarding standards and practices surrounding Oracle Cloud as it applies to best practice industry standards.
• Ability to understand and capture the requirements accurately, demonstrate analytical thinking, conceptualize technical design options, identify the best option and complete the technical design specifications.
• Provide thought leadership to the growth of the Practice.
