Location Ottawa, ON (Remote available for certain tasks) Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant – Level 3 for our Federal Government client.
The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not limited to:
Change Management Consultant – Level III... Activities and deliverables may include, but are not limited to the following:
Activities • Analysis and development of business "critical success factors" • Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training • Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities • Participate in organizational realignment • Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders • Create presentations and present to various stakeholders and facilitate meetings and discussions.
Work Location and Travel Requirements All work will be provided within the National Capital Region (NCR) either at the organization's location/premises or the Contractor’s location/premises, when approved by the Project Authority.
The following will apply:
• Secret and classified work MUST be conducted on location / premises using approved IT equipment.
• Protected B work IS ONLY ALLOWED to be conducted at the contractor’s location / premise at the discretion of the project authority using approved IT equipment.
• Unclassified work at the contractor’s location / premise is at the discretion of the Project Authority.
Note that the proposed resource may not be solely responsible for the completion of these deliverables.
The consultant will be expected to work collaboratively with staff to ensure the work is completed in a way that ensures maximum knowledge transfer.
