ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Facilitate outbound calls to members who are diagnosed with Behavioral Health needs and provide coverage to an inbound queue.
• Perform assessments via phone and provide behavioral health benefit education.
• Assist enrollees with understanding and locating community support services and outpatient behavioral health.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Must have an active PHRN License
• Must be willing to commit for long term employment
• Must be willing to report onsite in NCR or Cebu sites
• Nice to have but not required: At least 6 months of work experience in a Psychiatric Nursing Facility or Behavioral health experience;
