The Opportunity

Magic circle firm looking for an experienced Private M&A associate to join their Singapore office. You will work on cutting edge Asian transactions and with London-based P.E. clients.

You will also be expected to delegate to and mentor junior to mid level lawyers.

This role will involve SE Asian regional travel.

Canditate requirements:
• 6+ PQE (UK)
• E&W and/or ANZ bar preferred
• Private Equity experience required.
• Top academics and peer firm experience in London preferred
• International candidates are welcome to apply
