Your Doctors Online, a leading telemedicine company, seeks a product designer to join our team to create unique user experiences for our patients interacting with our website, web application, and mobile application. You will work closely with our Product team to influence high-level requirements and turn those into interactive flows and beautiful, intuitive, functional designs. As you gain knowledge of the healthcare industry, you will pitch new ideas and turn new complex problems into engaging experiences with a focus on usability, performance and accessibility,

When you aren’t actively working on a project, you are proactively improving processes within the company, enhancing our brand, and working to gain a deeper understanding of our patients, which will fuel your future decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Direct, own and supervise the execution of... all phases of the UX/UI design process, including conceptual design/development, graphic and interface design, style guides, interaction models, prototypes, user/task flows and art production.
• To take ownership for the visual design and brand language of all applications
• Create prototypes, storyboards, and visual mockups to ensure end users are engaged with the design process before the development
• Take ownership of our brand to drive patients from website visits to patient-doctor interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to seek design approvals and actively seek feedback to learn and improve the design process continuously.

Skills and qualifications:
• Proven experience with and passion for UI and UX design
• UX storyboarding and UI design
• Visual Animation
• Prototyping, Wireframing
• Self-driven, strong initiative, good time management skills
• A technical or business Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional work experience (preferably international products/projects
