We have an amazing opportunity to work for a well-known international organization based in the heart of the Wellington CBD. This position has varying responsibilities throughout the week supporting Senior Partners of the company, our client is looking for a person who is ready for a step up in their career!

Duties include:

Diary and travel management
Managing inboxes and phones when required
Preparing and editing documents
Assisting with Events & Projects
Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management

This is a busy and challenging role that would suit someone who is incredibly organized and used to prioritising workload for extremely busy managers. You will also be a strong team player with a proactive attitude.

In addition to the above attributes, you will... require:

PA or relevant PA experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Pro-active approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
