We're looking for a highly motivated Chief Architect to join our committed team in Stockholm. As a Chief Architect, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our system architecture, ensuring its alignment with business objectives, scalability, security, and maintainability. You'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating new technologies and methodologies that will enhance our overall architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture that aligns with business... objectives.

Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure system architecture meets technical and business requirements.

Identify and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies that will enhance the system architecture.

Participate in the design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet the required quality standards and performance requirements.

Define and document technical requirements, guidelines, and standards for the development team.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.

Competence & Skills:

To be successful in this role, we're looking for someone with:

Proven experience as a Chief Architect or a similar role in a large-scale enterprise.

Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices, including OOP, SOA, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, MVC, Security, JDBC, REST), Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Docker/Kubernetes.

Experience with reactive programming and streaming technologies (e.g., Akka Streams, Kafka Streams).

Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of software testing, TDD, and CI/CD principles.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
