• Our Client a well established leading FM Company are offering a Full Time Permanent opportunity for a Electrical Shift Engineer for a portfolio of high end commercial properties in the stunning St Katharine's Dock area of London.

This position is working across 5 properties which are all within walking distance of 2-3 minutes.

Salary
• *** Paying up to £45,000

Hours
• ** 7am - 7 pm 12 hours shift- 4 on, 4 off, 6 on 6 off

Duties /Responsibilities
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Identifying faults and carrying out repairs to electrical equipment and... systems
• Carrying out electrical installation work in accordance with regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of work carried out.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications and person

Requirements
• Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installation and /or Maintenance Inspection and Testing, such as, City&Guilds 2391, 2394, 2395 and/or the EAL Inspection, Testing and Initial Verification Qualification.
• 18th Edition of BS7671.
• Technical expertise, qualifications or apprenticeship in a craft skill or engineering discipline would be an important pre-requisite of the role.
• Knowledge of key operational procedures e.g. time sheets, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.
• Substantial operational and technical experience with demonstrated potential.
• Experience of positively dealing with the resolution of customer problems within specific contracts.
