We are looking for a diligent, Small Animal Veterinary Nurse to work in Manchester, in a Full-time or Part-time position on a competitive salary, 4-day working week and no OOH.

Are you looking for a new challenge as a Registered Veterinary Nurse? The fantastic Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Surgeons of this practice hold a variety of certificates including Advanced Vet Practice, Orthopaedic Surgery, plus many more. Just before the recent Pandemic, this practice was flourishing with a variety of nursing clinics. Now, they are looking for pro-active nurses to join the team and get these clinics back up and running successfully again.

This First Opinion practice resides in a very peaceful surrounding area, just minutes away from shopping centres, restaurants and supermarkets. Whilst being a 5-minute walk away from any bus links and nearby train station allows this practice to have excellent accessibility. The glorious city of Manchester is only a mere 14-minute train journey... away.

Rota:
• 40 Hours a week
• 4 days a week
• Shifts range from 8am - 18:30pm
• 1:3 Saturdays (9am-3pm)
• Closed Sundays
• Close Bank Holiday
• No OOH

Key Duties

The veterinary nurses of this practice are utilized in all areas of the practice to ensure that their skills and knowledge of procedures are constantly growing. These areas include:
• Orthopaedic Surgery
• Anaesthesia
• Nursing Consultations
• Admitting Patients
• Post Operations
• Diagnostics
• Customer Service
• Plus many more

• £20,000 - £26,000 (Based on experience and discussed during an interview)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
