Are you a proactive and super organised Workplace Health & Safety professional looking to join a trusted and high performing team?

What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking a driven and proactive Senior Consultant to join our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team and provide support to the WHS Manager and wider talent community. Working as part of a high performing team you will deliver in a fast-paced environment that offers a lot of variety and opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, implementing WHS strategies and initiatives, preparing documentation/reports, policy reviews, organising meetings incident data management, WHS reporting and analysis and compliance requirements. You will also assist with the development and... delivery of WHS training and worker's compensation support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to build your knowledge and capability in a large, globally recognised organisation in the workplace health and safety space. Having excellent stakeholder management skills is key to the success of this role and you will also have exposure to working with some incredible leaders in the wider talent community.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone who has WHS sector experience with the ability to think creatively, enjoys working at pace, collaborating with your team and other business units, generates innovative ideas, and delivers effectively against challenging objectives.
• Ideally has 3+ years' experience in dedicated WHS roles or has held HR position(s) with a strong WHS focus
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and individually to drive WHS strategies and initiative's
• Ability in the provision of advice and assistance on all aspects of work health and safety matters
• Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health and Safety Legislation and risk management
• Excellent at prioritising multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines and working effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in managing information systems and producing reports
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• High level of attention to detail
