About the job

As a Financial Controller at SnappCar you'll be taking control of SnappCar's day-to-day accounting and reporting. Because of your sharp analytical eye and your passion for crunching numbers, we can rest assured that the execution of all financial and administrative processes (like accounts payable & receivable, dunning, debt collection, cost control & damage process) run smoothly. Next to this, you will be able to get experience with:
• Setting up and executing financial improvement projects;
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and monitor budget adherence throughout the year;
• Coordinating all financial audit tasks and help prepare the audit file across... multiple countries;
• Managing corporate Insurance;
• Performing financial analyses and developing business cases.

You will of course not do this alone but are supported by the finance support team and work closely together with the CFO.

The only hard requirements are experience in having worked with the Dutch financial accounting rules & regulations and excellent Dutch language skills.

About youWe need someone who can see the story behind the numbers, and translate these to concrete advice/management information. Ideally we are looking for someone with some relevant experience under his/her belt. You are accurate and analytical, know your way around Excel and have good communication skills. But most importantly: you identify yourself with SnappCar’s mission and values, and are able to work in a start-up environment.
