Our client, a Multi- disciplined practice is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their offices based in Stockport. This is due to our expanding workload we require an ambitious individual to be part of a busy office to work on a variety of interesting projects within the education, ecclesiastical and commercial sectors.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, your role will be to work alongside Senior Building Surveyors in designing and managing projects and professional work. The main duties will include condition surveys, report writing, preparing funding bids, preparing budget estimates, producing specifications for tender issue, planning and building regulations applications, contract administration and project management from initial inception through the design and procurement process and project delivery on site.

• Completed Degree in Building Surveying

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
• RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are key
• Confidence in client facing role
• Excellent personal time management and highly organised
• Good IT skills including AutoCAD
• UK driving licence is essential
