Your Mission
• To assist your team members in carrying out the company’s mission and values.
• Lead the technician assistant in solving all irrigation needs for each client.

Required Technical Competencies And Education
• College Degree or High School Diploma/GED.
• Irrigation and drainage experience required. Hands on training will also be done on site.

Required Personality And Behavioral Characteristics
• We are looking for honest, energetic, highly motivated team members.
• Like to work with winners.
• Performance driven.
• Give great service and like to have fun.

Planned Salary And Other Compensations
• Expect to earn 65 k - 85 k
• Shared profit of truck, of 6% - 10% and other incentives.
• Holiday Pay, P.T.O, Health insurance, Life insurance.
