What will you be doing?
Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives
Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering strategy and underpinning capabilities
Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency
Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned
Developing and expanding continuous improvement toolkit and collateral to ensure reusability and adoption across the business
What are we looking for in you?
Experience with business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and supporting business case development
proven track record of translating highly technical and detailed data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations based on the data
Excellent commercial and analytical acumen and the ability to think strategically and identify and mitigate risks to the program as well as opportunities with the ability to creatively problem solve
Collaborates effectively with other teams across the organisation, demonstrating understanding around what motivates and challenges colleagues in different areas.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
