Duties and Responsibilities
• Taking over responsibility for the software architecture
• Supporting the development team in the blueprint, and architecture of our products
• Coaching the development team in applying best practices / patterns and methods of software design and in assessing trade-offs
• Developing and implementing best practice guidelines for our systems with multiple processors and microcontrollers
• Coordinate with Software Requirements and Development teams

Requirements and Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
• You have a very good knowledge of software architecture standards, software design principles, and patterns for distributed systems
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software engineering or similar role
• Strong experience in ULM and its creation tools such... as Enterprise Architect
• You have an extensive knowledge of event-driven architectures
• Excellent programming experience using C, C++ or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong communication and assertiveness
• You are fluent in English especially in writing
• Proficiency in German is essential
