Department overview:We have an archive facility where we store data from our scientific studies in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice requirements.Main responsibilities: • Archiving relevant raw data, documents and reports• Communicate and interact with colleagues, other departments and customers• Plan, prioritise and manage individual workload and multiple responsibilities• Use project tracking systems as appropriate• To provide administrative QC auditing support (electronic and paper copies)• Supports process improvement initiativesSkills and experience:We are looking for someone who is looking for an... administrative and archiving position. the candidate must be comfortable with the concept of data integrity and with using standard software packages to support professional and robust archiving solutions. Ideally you will have worked within a regulated environment, but we also offer full training to the right candidate. You should be able to demonstrate that you can design and follow processes; make decisions from a commercial viewpoint and interact effectively with internal and external customers. As the role is hands on, you must expect to be physically active including being able to work at heights and being handling storage boxes. We do not require any specific qualifications although it would be useful to have an interest in science and a willingness to question and challenge current practice.
