The role is based around a traditional help desk \ desktop support role, with added exposure to light server and networking requirements.

What You'll Do
• Provide first level support for help desk and desktop support requests
• Create and deploy standardized images for desktop and laptops
• Update images quarterly to ensure they are up to date
• Work in the Office 365 Admin center and Exchange online
• Coordinate updates and patching through Manage Engine
• Support the call center and remote agent Chromebook during enrollment season
• Train customers on hardware and software use.
• Keep an inventory of laptops and desktops and follow an upgrade schedule ensure newer hardware
• Work independently on project and provide status when requested
• Assist the Network Engineer on daily needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• Must have technical training and experience with similar systems.
• Excellent oral, written and technical communication skills.
• Displays professionalism and has good presentation skills.
• Possesses good organizational, project management and time management skills.

Preferred
• Office 365 Admin Center
