Job Description

We actively look for professional, inspiring and collaborative teams in R&D with roles as follows:
• Development of advanced power semiconductor technologies;
• Design of device, process and masks layout;
• TCAD simulation;
• Process and modules development;
• Wafer processing and foundry management; and
• Patents application

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
• University degree or above in Electronic Engineering or in an appropriate technical discipline i.e. Materials Science / Physics with background in microelectronics / semiconductor devices;
• Related working experience in the semiconductor industry (for the positions of Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer, fresh graduate will be considered as Engineer); and
• Knowledge in semiconductor devices such as diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, etc. and/or in TCAD simulation, wafer fabrication, electronic packaging and device characterization is definitely a plus
