Some More Information About The Business:

This role has come about due to growth, particularly in their overseas division. As the business has grown significantly they want to get on top of their governance and processes to enable them to continue growing.

The role:

We need someone who can write an Operations Manual for our Acquiring process(onboarding customers). The ideal candidate would be someone who can write end-to-end how that solution works and produce a document that can be kept keep as a live document so when we are making changes it would be referred to. It would allow everyone to see the impact any changes would make so it can be monitored.

We use a third party who has one of these documents and we can provide a brief template of what it should look like so they have an idea of what the output would be.
Examples of what the document would include would be:
Risk management
Processes
Disaster recovery - we basically know this information across numerous people but it’s... all in someone's head so if they were to leave or move positions, there would be a lot of really important information lost

Who will suit this role?

It is a really broad role that could suit one of a number of backgrounds, the COO is a fully qualified accountant and is looking for someone with a very strong eye for details and process who can design documentation suitable for C-suite and board level.

Skillset - someone who understands operationally how businesses work and has good technical writing skills.

You might be a BA, a consultant potentially someone who is a CA accountant who has done extensive work on systems and process.

So Who Are You & What is Your Profile?

You will be an experienced qualified accountant (CA or equivalent) who ideally has worked in the services industry ideally related to either property, developments or asset management.

As this role requires extensive collaboration you need to have proven experience working with commercial teams and partnering with other executive leaders.

Hourly rate c.$60-90 per hour depending on experience

A six month role (realistically more projects will develop from this)
