Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandising & Marketing Assistant (Cosmetics)
• In charge of ensuring that all sales files are uploaded. Always on top of the sales system's developments. Additionally helps with updating and preparing the merchandise file for the monthly merchandise meeting.
• Prepare, update, and ensure that the merchandising file is uploaded to IT Support by the deadline (monthly basis).
• Ensuring sales system readiness in accordance with sales files supplied to IT Support.
• Create and plan an action plan to address problems when sales indicate any errors.
• Checks pricing indicated on catalogue and other flyers, should be aligned with latest/approved pricing/margin file, and develops extra product planning and calculation as per deadline, requesting clearance from connected department, and checking before printing
