• Evaluating sales data to support Management in the yearly and strategic planning

• Capacity planning and priorization of products

• (Re-) activate previous or potential customers

New projects/business opportunities/potential customers explore

• Continously contact to customers on-the-spot

• Built up rapport建立密切关系
• Prepare sample and follow up on new projects准备样品并跟踪新项目
• Coordinate internal/external visitors, including visits planning

• Initiate credit check & access possibilities for clienteles (in cooperation with Finance)

• Monitor AR and assure payment get back to account in time

• Plan properly to ensure stable supply to the... market合理规划,确保市场稳定供应
• Plan properly to assure a good stock level to smooth the cash flow

• Control slow moving/dead stocks with limited qty控制缓慢移动/呆滞资产的有限数量
3、Market development in China中国市场的发展
• Reactivate former customers恢复以前的客户
• Identify relevant customers\ opportunities确认相关客户和机会
• Establish market knowledge (customers, demands, prices, specifications, products, competitors, end customers, trends)建立市场知识(客户、需求、价格、规格、产品、对手、最终客户、趋势)
• Feedback to HQ on market activities and development向总部反馈市场活动和发展情况
• Visit Customers, end customers (ask for information and present)拜访客户和最终客户(询问信息并展示)
• develop chance to offer samples and follow up 发展提供样品的机会并跟踪下去
• Update market-intelligence更新市场情报
• Customer relationship maintain/develop & conduct customer satisfaction survey维持和发展客户关系开展客户满意度调查
4、Claim Management索赔管理
• Co-work with QA dept and assess exigence和质量部协作评估紧急情况
• help QA for clarification from customers协助质量部向客户说明
任职要求:
1、Experience经验
Min 3 years sales & marketing experience in manufacturing company, regional sales and marketing experience in leadframe, power, connector or semiconductor industry preferred. 至少3年销售经验,有连接器或者半导体工业的市场销售经验优先
2、Qualification资质
Degree in Marketing, Technical Engineering, Business, Trade or equivalent
市场营销、技术工程、商业、贸易或同等学历
3、Skills技能: MS Office, presentation skills, biz sense
微软办公软件,讲演能力,商业嗅觉
4、Personality性格
Willingness to travel, well trained communication skills and analytical thinking abilities.
愿意出差,良好的沟通能力和分析思考能力。 5、Must be a teamplayer, task-oriented & able to work under pressure.
