Job Duties
• To support the whole company by overseeing and managing company’s overall procurement and supply chain management
• To develop and maintain good relationships with Suppliers and other relevant parties in the Supply Chain.
• Procuring of goods and services as per the requirement of the company.
• Management of supplier related information for our supply chain companies (SCS)
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
• Develop and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
• Raising and sending Purchase orders (PO).
• Follow up on a timely manner with suppliers and ensure production is carried out smoothly and delivered on time. Report to Senior Management of the status of Purchase Orders and Tasks
• Timely completion of internal training and tasks assigned by management in ERP system

Requirements
• Male / Female
• Age between 25 - 35
• Degree or relevant qualification in Supply... Chain/Procurement/Logistics
• Experience in procurement/Supply Chain Management; food & spice industry would be preferential (not mandatory)
• Working knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills and email etiquettes
