Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a transactional attorney with 4-6 years of Project Development, or other power or infrastructure experience. The ideal candidate would have renewable energy market project expertise. Candidates should have prior experience representing clients in the development of projects, including construction, procurement, offtake, operations, maintenance, repowering, long term service, catalyst supply, volume commitment or construction or asset management. Collaborating across our global team, we act on some of the most innovative, complex and challenging projects in the world. An associate would have the opportunity to work on 100% renewable energy transactions, if desired, or a broader energy and infrastructure practice. This position may be located in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York or Washington D.C. office. Please indicate your office(s) of interest in your application.

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the Denver, Los Angeles and New York markets are expected to range between $295,000- $370,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in Los Angeles, New York City, and Denver. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
