Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records for multiple properties
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Review and analyze property budgets and forecasts
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Use Yardi and MRI software to manage accounting functions. Other related software is acceptable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred not required
2+ years of experience in property accounting
Strong understanding of multifamily, residential or commercial property
Proficient in Yardi and MRI software or similar
