What you get to do every day

General Accounting

Provides oversight of and daily guidance to accounting team.

Process monthly recurring journal entries.

Prepare all monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Review financials and help identify accruals as needed.

Job cost analytical support.

Maintain fixed asset schedule.

Maintain capital lease assets schedule.

Manage month-end closing process.

Provide audit and tax support as needed.

Ad Hoc reporting for Senior Management as requested.

Provide audit and tax support as needed.

Organize and report on Time & Expense analytics.

Inventory Management

Develop and maintain cycle count program in coordination with divisional leadership.

Gather month-end inventory data and post adjustments as applicable.

Maintain item master data.

Treasury/Disbursements

Monitor cash and consolidate funds as needed.

Coordinate with Controller and initiate wires and ACH payments as needed.

Monitor and investigate positive pay and ACH exceptions.

Process weekly check run and submit positive pay and NACHA files to bank.

Process expense reimbursements and submit for payment.

Corporate Credit Card Program

Issue new cards, provide cardholder support, manage card program.

Organize credit card transaction data and post to G/L.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required, CPA a big plus!

ERP systems experience required, NetSuite experience is a big plus.

Full cycle accounting experience required. Engineering or manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
